Sunflower Seed Spread

A smooth spread from sunflower seeds, vegetables and garlic.

Directions

Puree sunflower seeds, dried as well as fresh tomatoes, salt and garlic with 150 ml of water. If the spread is not smooth enough just add a little more water until you get the favored consistency. Make it yours!

Add different herbs and superfoods to your spread and create your personal indulgence. How about some barley grass, smooth cut parsley or basil?
