Grind finely the flaxseeds and 100g of the sunflower seeds. Soak them for 10 min, then add the buckwheat and salt. Separate the dough you obtain in two parts, and spread them in two 5 mm thick circles. Let them dry for around 24 hours.
Cut the vegetables of your choice (on the picture: 3 onions, 2 courgettes, 2 carrots, 1 brocoli head, 400g mushrooms) in thin slices or small pieces. Mix with a bit of olive oil and salt and let them dry for around 4 hours.
Sunflower Seed Tomato Sauce
Mix the fresh and dry tomatoes into a purée. Then add the remaining 70g of coarsly crushed sunflower seeds and season with salt, oregano and garlic.
Spread the sauce on the crust, then add the toppings. Crush the macadamia nuts and sprinkle on top. Your Master Pizza is ready!
Reduce the quantities for a snack or use the crust as bread for a creative dinner, alongside the Spread of your choice.
