Directions
Start off with pureeing the strawberries into a fine mass. Then grind the chia seeds with a mortar.
Your blender will be happy about half of the ground chia seeds, fresh mint, hemp protein powder and the strawberry puree. Mix it all up and place in your refrigerator. Let it set for about 15 minutes. The chia seeds will pick up the liquid and make your pudding jelly-like. Enjoy every moment.
Your pudding is still too liquid? Add some more of the chia seeds until you get the desired consistency. For more sweetness you can easily add a bit of agave syrup. Made with love.
