Sprouted Chickpea Hummus Dip

Raw Organic Sundried Tomatoes Halves

In advance

Sprout the chickpeas for about 3 days.


Grind the sesame seeds smooth. Put the gound sesame seeds, sprouted chickpeas, olive oil, and fresh lemon juice into your blender. Blend until you get a dip-like structure.

Spice your dip as you like with sea salt, garlic, pepper powder, and harissa. If necessary add some water and blend the dip again to get a smoother texture.  Decorate your sprouted chickpea hummus dip with paprika powder.
