Hemp & Herb Dip

Delicious with vegetables sticks as well as with crispbreads.

Soak the hemp seeds in water, for at least 3 hours.

Discard soaking water. Blend the seeds with avocado, garlic, lemon juice and your choice of herbs (parsley, dill, basil, or any combination), to obtain a delicious mixture.

Season your dip with some white pepper or wild garlic salt.
