Soak cashew and macadamia nuts overnight.
Puree the soaked nuts and add one tablespoon of raw cocoa beans, cocoa powder, almond paste, dates, maca powder and vanilla powder. Puree until you get a smooth consistency. If it seems to be too dense add a little bit of water and blend it again. Now your ice cream is basically done.
Chop the leftover raw cocoa beans to get cocoa nibs. Stir them into the ice cream and put everything into the freezer for about 12 hours.
