The preparation is very quick and cannot be easier.

Soak the tomatoes for about 2 hours. Peel the avocado and remove the stone. Remove paprika seeds, peel the onion. Cut everything into small pieces and stir everything altogether. Avocado is important for the consistence. At the end parsley can be added. Use spice according to your preferences. Enjoy your quick and tasty snack!
