Who is Jarda Zaoral and what are his goals?
He could have had a promising career, but he chose to travel instead. According to Jarda, the most beautiful view of the world is from the top of a mountain. This summer, he has set out on an expedition, during which he plans to conquer the summits of all 27 European member states. If he does this quickly, he will be entered into the Guinness Book of Records. On this challenging expedition, he and his team will be supported and nourished by Lifefood's Life Breakfast and Lifefood Lifebars.
After hearing about Jarda's expedition, and seeing the plans unfold, we decided to support him from the beginning. His expedition has two main goals-- to show the natural beauty of Europe, and to show people the benefits of living in the common land of the EU that allows us to travel without borders.
What is your life motto?
The early bird catches the worm. Sunrise is the most beautiful time of the day. And I follow the slogan that one lives only once. There is no time to spend half a lifetime in the office. Discovering the world is better.
What motivates you the most?
Knowing that a beautiful view is waiting for me at the top of the mountain.
What will push you when you do not feel like working out?
The answer is simple, the vision of the next expedition.
Where do you spend most of your time?
I live in Stockholm.
What do you love?
Active relaxation in the mountains.
Where do you go for inspiration?
Ideally into the mountains. In Stockholm there are no mountains, so I head to the beach.
What do you hate?
When people fabricate things and lie.
